If you know me, you know I love visiting my favorite theme parks and I’ve been searching for a pair of shoes that keeps me comfy all day while also looking cute. Sneakers just aren’t my vibe! I got a Tieks coupon code from one of their promotions and bought a pair of their bright Mustard Yellow flats. Now, you’re probably wondering why anyone would wear a pair of ballet flats ALL DAY LONG. But I had read a handful of Tieks reviews to make sure they were worth it and saw others had also worn them to theme parks so I thought I would give them a try.

I am happy to report that they weren’t wrong. No blisters, no stink, no discomfort, just happy feet at the end of the day. For me, Tieks were more comfortable than any pair of Nike, Adidas or All Birds that I own. Plus, I loved that I was able to take super cute pics while I was there since my outfit actually looked nice. Highly recommend these comfy shoes for all-day wear.

One of my favorite things about Tieks is how effortlessly they transition from everyday wear to dressier occasions. Whether I’m running errands in my Chestnut brown ballet flats or dressing up for a holiday party in my favorite pink flats, Tieks always add the perfect touch of style and comfort.

I recently wore my Ballerina Pink ballet flats from morning to night, styling them with jeans and a sweater for brunch and errands then changing into a satin midi dress for a holiday party. They were the perfect styling choice for the whole day and kept me comfortable too! When most people think of changing an outfit from day to night, they probably swap the shoes from something flat to a heel, but I switch the outfit and keep the shoes! When I first bought my Tieks, I was excited to wear them but I was also a little nervous about the break-in period. I’d heard that some people have trouble with discomfort during that phase, but luckily, I found a few tricks to make the process faster and more comfortable. Assuming I’m not the only one who could use these tips, I thought I would share them. 

1. I didn’t wear my Tieks all day on the first try. I started by wearing them around the house for short periods. Just a couple of hours at a time gave my feet the chance to adjust to the leather without causing any discomfort. By gradually increasing wear time, I avoided any blisters or sore spots. The Tieks FAQs suggested wearing them for a few days for the leather to fully mold to my feet. That’s exactly what happened! After a few wears, the leather stretched to my feet and my Tieks became incredibly soft and comfortable.
2. To speed up the process of softening the leather, I applied a gentle leather conditioner once I confirmed that I had the correct size. This helped loosen up the material and made my Tieks feel more flexible, especially around the toe area. Just a small amount rubbed in gently worked like a charm! I have a classic leather style, but just be sure you read the label of whatever you’re using to make sure it suits the style you own. 
3. If you’re having trouble with your fit, I highly recommend reaching out to Tieks customer service for tips. I contacted Tieks Help through their online chat, and they were super helpful. They recommended that I wear thick socks with my flats around the house to help stretch the leather without causing damage, and that did the trick to get my Tieks to the level of comfort I’ve heard so many people rave about.

This may be TMI, but I have really sweaty feet. Like it doesn’t even need to be hot and they sweat (a very unfortunate problem to have, I know). I’m a very busy mom and I need shoes that can keep up with my nonstop days—from school drop-offs and grocery runs to work meetings and family outings. I’ve owned my Tieks designer flats for over five years, and they’ve truly stood the test of time! When I say these are the most comfortable flats I’ve ever worn, I mean it.

Most of the black flats I’ve tried in the past have fallen apart within a year of regular use. I’ve owned cheapy flats from Walmart and Target, and even tried other luxury brands like Tory Burch and Chanel to truly test the difference (I’ll wear whatever is comfortable regardless of price tag). As someone with wide feet, finding women’s flats that fit comfortably without feeling too tight can be a challenge. Many brands run small or narrow, making it hard for me to find that perfect fit. After reading multiple Tieks reviews, I decided to take the plunge and shop ballet flats from Tieks—and I’m so glad I did! These flats run true to size and are surprisingly comfortable, even for wider feet.

One of my biggest concerns when I bought my Cardinal Red ballet flats was whether they would be too snug. Many flats tend to pinch around my toes, but Tieks flats are made with soft, supple Italian leather that doesn’t dig or pinch. While they started out a bit snug in the width, they stretched to accommodate my wide feet, giving me a perfect fit within just a few wears.

Some brands require sizing up for wide feet, but I stuck with my normal size and found that Tieks accommodated my feet perfectly. If you’re in between sizes, Tieks reviews often recommend going with the larger size, but for me, my usual size worked well.
